  • ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

    As prescribed by Council of Architecture, New Delhi, a candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (10+2 level) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education OR its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject and secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class categories of Maharashtra state only)

    OR

    10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregate marks;

    AND

    The candidate should have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score.

    Please note: The admission process will be carried out as per the directives of the State Government and Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture (MASA)

  • OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSES
    • To make the students understand the significance of various issues of design for a given context with gradually increasing complexity of the projects
    • To make the students evolve a brand of architecture which has essence, directness and modesty ingrained through humanistic and sustainable design solutions.
    • To make them understand the behavioural needs of different user groups and symbiotic relationships between the built and unbind spaces.
    • To make them capable of handling various building services and advancements in technology.
    • To train the students to enhance their graphical drawing and presentation for conveying ideas and concepts using various skills of presentation.
    • To acquaint them with the rich architectural past and guiding them for the future endeavours.

  • OPPORTUNITIES

    After completion of B. Arch course and registration, the Council of Architecture, New Delhi allows students to practice with the title ‘Architect’ anywhere in India. Registered architects have employment opportunities in public, private sectors, government and semi-government institutions, academics in architectural schools etc. After completion of B. Des. Course, students can practice as an interior designer or work in the public and private companies. After completion of FDAD, students will be eligible to work as a draftsman in public and private companies.
