This is "Patent Pending" technology and know how developed by MIT Aurangabad.
It uses whole banana which not only increases yield but also reduces cost,
time and effort required for peeling a banana. The most critical success
factor for a winery is yeast which will be supplied by MIT under supervision
of their technical experts. All upgrades to technology will be available from
MIT during the period of contract.
