Marathwada Institute of Technology, Aurangabad, is permanently affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere (BATU), AICTE approved, and accredited with “Grade B+” by NAAC. The salient features of the institute’s UG program are that a student can avail of a “dual degree” during the four-year UG course. (A student can opt for a “minor degree” in any other branches of engineering in addition to the “major degree.”
For example, a student studying B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering can also get a minor degree in Computer Science & Engineering and vice versa after successfully completing a few additional subjects as per university syllabus.)
