Communication and interactions is essence of the today’s changing world . This is being done at all the levels in the Institute. At admission the student and the parents are talked in detail by the Principal & Director.

Every student is individually talked by the Director in every trimester. This includes his understanding in subjects, regarding the facilities available, problems; if any and exchange of new ideas.

Every week a staff meeting is held with the Director. The agenda includes the academics covered in the week and emphasis on student performance improvements. The students are also encouraged for participations in various competitions & meets.

An annual social gathering & various functions held makes them feel homely.

The Institute calls dignitaries from varied fields to interact with students frequently. This boosts their confidence & determination. Guidance meeting of the Advisory committee is held frequently.
