Objective: To offer space for individual's talent for self-enrichment and
practicing democratic values for empowerment and self-learning
The girl participants can express their opinion or thoughts, through any one of the following medium.
--> Poster/s.
--> 5-10 Minutes skit, one-act play or street play
--> Impromptu speech on a topic
--> 15 Minutes Drama

--> How I Have Become Secular in Thought and Action
--> Threats I Face and My Security
--> My Attitude towards physically and mentally challenged persons
--> Gender Sensitive Budget (Budget allocation for woman and men and girls and boys)
DETAILS OF THE ONE DAY YUVATI MELAVA ARE AS FOLLOWS:
--> Date: 3rd January 2009 (Saturday)
--> Time: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
--> Venue: M.I.T. Main Auditorium
--> No. of Bonafide Girls students per College: SIX
--> Registration Fee per Student: Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only)
--> Registration Fee per NSS Programme Officer Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred only)
GUIDELINES FOR THE STUDENTS
--> A group of six students should take guidance from their program officers from their respective colleges.
--> Only Girl students can undertake any of the above activity individually or as a team.
--> A panel of three Judges will be evaluating the activity of a group of thirty students. (i.e. five colleges will be grouped together)
--> Any student from the audience is free to express her reactions responses to a performance on the spot.
--> Language of the Yuvati Melava: Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, English.
