National ESDM Technology Research Academy (NETRA) has been established at Aurangabad in collaboration with MIT Group of Institutes. They provide space, mentorship support, Technology support, access to labs, and workshops for technological startups through the incubation model.
NETRA’s incubation model has adopted a two-pronged approach. It intends to attract entrepreneurs to create success stories and showcase them to young students’ minds to take up technological entrepreneurship.
Product development activity for industry acts as a feeder commercializable technology ideas. NETRA-MITA has the vision to promote product development competency among faculty and students. We use a multi-disciplinary approach to connect industry needs and students to develop products and technology at a prudent cost.
